Like many working in community development and engagement, I was fully immersed in the COVID response, supporting local organisations and amplifying the #NeverMoreNeeded message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Since then, things have changed for all of us. I\u2019ve stepped back, taken time to reflect, and stepped into new ways of working that feel both meaningful and creatively fulfilling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">These days, I work freelance as a consultant supporting Local Authorities and communities through <strong>Community Action Plans<\/strong>, <strong>Local Place Plans<\/strong>, and meaningful <strong>community engagement<\/strong> processes. My focus remains on amplifying local voices and co-producing solutions that work on the ground.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">But alongside this, I\u2019ve stepped more fully into another passion: <strong>visual thinking and creative communications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p>I\u2019ve decided to breathe new life into this blog for three reasons: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-595e0e09b3798647bc92d399ad310fd7\">(<em>True confession: I meant to move this blog onto my main website before the hosting renewal came up, but I missed the window and here we are \u2013 signed up for another year.
